Leadership Development and Ministry Training
The ultimate goal of all we do here in Children’s Ministries at the International Offices is that every child is evangelized, discipled, and prepared for the “good works” that God ordained for him to do.
How can this be done? It is logistically impossible for us to evangelize, disciple, and equip every child in every congregation and community throughout the world. But we can focus on developing children’s ministry leaders in every congregation, region and nation through programs such as the Institute of Children’s Ministry and One-day Training Intensives. These developing leaders will then create and implement training programs and ministry initiatives that will inspire and equip local children's ministers to provide ministry that evangelizes, disciples, and equips every child.
